My time at Springhill Suites in Anchorage had some highlights, but also a few downsides. The room, a Suite with 2 Queen Beds and Sofa Bed, provided plenty of space for my family. The layout felt cozy and functional, which is important during a family trip. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. The staff in the breakfast area worked efficiently, ensuring everything was filled and clean. However, I experienced an issue with the pool. it was incredibly cold and not very inviting. Additionally, housekeeping seemed inconsistent and the room didn't get a thorough clean during our stay. The tub in the bathroom had drainage issues, which was quite inconvenient. Despite these challenges, the location was perfect, close to shopping and dining options, making running errands easy. It’s a mixed bag. some things stood out positively, while others need improvement.

my stay was fantastic! i was really impressed with the spacious room and how accommodating the staff were. this experience exceeded my previous stay in anchorage by a long shot, especially with the warm pool my kids loved.

The hotel lacks a dedicated shuttle, which can lead to confusion about transportation arrangements. a car operates as a shuttle rather than a traditional van. Elevators are frustratingly slow, especially during peak times, and the limited dining options nearby mean you'll need to venture further for a decent meal. On a couple of occasions, noise from adjacent rooms disrupted the peace, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

I absolutely loved the spacious layout of my suite which offered easy accessibility. The decor was warm and inviting, and I appreciated the thoughtful design that made it easy to navigate around with my luggage and personal items.

More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.
